Lee D. Sanderson specializes in providing a wide range of business valuation and forensic accounting services for divorce cases, shareholder disputes and ownership transition planning. Mr. Sanderson is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and holds a Master of Science degree in Taxation. He is experienced as an expert witness offering expert testimony on business valuation, forensic accounting, executive compensation and tax matters nationwide.
With over 30 years of experience on thousands of cases, Mr. Sanderson brings an unparalleled level of technical skill, strategic insight, expert testimony experience and passion for his work to litigation matters. He has worked for many of the nations most prestigious attorneys and been qualified as an expert in the Massachusetts Probate Court, the Massachusetts Superior Court, the Connecticut Superior Court and the New York Superior Court. In addition, he has previously been appointed directly the Court as the Court’s Independent Forensic and Valuation Expert and has successfully participated in mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, engagements as a jointly retained expert and arbitrations.
As a thought leader in his field and author of numerous articles and technical course materials, Lee provides seminars on business valuation, forensic accounting, navigating executive compensation plans, divorce financial analysis and shareholder disputes.
